Inertia sells digital fitness programs delivered as downloadable files and streamed video. Using this store means you accept these terms.

When you buy a program you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself, indefinitely, including future updates to that program.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or coach clients from our materials without a written commercial licence.

Access is granted immediately after payment, on the confirmation screen and by email. If a download fails, contact support@inertiaprogram.com and we'll reissue it.

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Email support@inertiaprogram.com with your order details and we'll process it.

Refunded purchases lose access to the associated downloads and updates.

Coaching check-ins are asynchronous and written. They run for twelve weeks from your first submitted check-in. Unused weeks are not carried over or exchanged for credit.

Inertia provides general fitness education, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you are returning after an injury, illness, surgery, or pregnancy.

You are responsible for training within your own limits and stopping if something hurts.

Don't share account credentials, scrape the store, or attempt to bypass payment or access controls. We can suspend access for abuse.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted on this page.
