Account and order information you give us: your name, email address, and the programs you purchase.

Payment information is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Basic usage data such as pages visited and download activity, used to keep the store working and to fix problems.

To deliver the programs you bought and give you access to updates.

To answer support requests and process refunds.

To send the newsletter, if you asked for it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

We don't sell your personal information.

We don't ask for, collect, or store body measurements, weight, or photographs.

We don't share your purchase history with advertisers.

We use third parties for payment processing, file delivery, and email. They only receive the information needed to perform that service, and only for that purpose.

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, then delete them. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact privacy@inertiaprogram.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Deleting your account also removes your access to purchased downloads, so save your files first.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we'll say so on this page and, where it matters, by email.
